- Notice Period: Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or event time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours before delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the event will be charged 100% of the total order value.
- Deposits: Any required booking deposits are non-refundable.
- Taste Preferences: We cannot provide refunds if you simply do not like the flavor or texture of an item.
- Improper Handling: We are not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by improper storage or failure to refrigerate items after delivery.
- Customer Error: Refunds will not be issued if you provide an incorrect delivery address or are unavailable to receive your order.

2. Orders & Availability
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This signifies that we have received your order, but does not constitute a binding contract until payment is successfully processed.
- Menu Substitutions: Due to the seasonal nature of fresh ingredients, we reserve the right to substitute ingredients or specific meals of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in ZAR (or local currency) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
